Wonderful experience. I usually go to the other location in gates. I was around Greece and went to that location. The lady working there was absolutely amazing, always helpful. Enjoy coming to this smoke shop just to see her happy bubbly face!! I WILL COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION SOON!!!!!

Personally from experience with many smoke shops , Cartel Palace is THE best smoke shop in Rochester hands down. Staff is knowledgeable with products , very welcoming to everyone and a very nice clean environment as soon as you step into the store. 5-Star rating from me. Cartel Palace is your one stop shop!!! Also , they give free smell-proof bags with every purchase .

Come check this place out! Cartel Palace is your 1 stop shop for all of your smoking needs, CBD Vape, and hookah. The guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable and said they would price match any store in the rochester area, and this place is loaded with a variety of different products, Very Impressed!

Amazing customer service! the owner him self took 30 minutes of his time trying to fix my 17 year old hookah and he tried everything but nothing worked then he spent another 30 minutes helping choose the best option for my replacement😁 which I am very very very happy with. …

By far the best smoke shop I’ve been to in Rochester, Ny!!!! Went in the other day to look at the hookahs and I was immediately greeted by their well educated staff that went above and beyond to explain to me everything about the hookahs and all the accessories they have to offer that go with it… He even suggested a couple of different tobacco flavors from their wide range along with a coal burner too 🙂🙂 I highly recommend for anyone who’s unsure about what they want or what they’re looking for to make a stop by and I’m sure one of their amazing staff members if not the owners will guide you in the right direction!!!
